Customer Support Representative (Remote)

We are expanding our Customer Care Department and are looking for 3 experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team. If you have a passion for helping customers and a solid background in Odoo, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support to clients using Odoo ERP systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through the proper use of Odoo functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions and issues in the helpdesk system.
  • Participate in continuous training to keep up-to-date with Odoo updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Odoo.
  • Odoo Functional Certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
