We are expanding our Customer Care Department and are looking for 3 experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team. If you have a passion for helping customers and a solid background in Odoo, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support to clients using Odoo ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through the proper use of Odoo functionalities.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and issues in the helpdesk system.
- Participate in continuous training to keep up-to-date with Odoo updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Odoo.
- Odoo Functional Certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
